In June 2025, policymakers, scholars, spiritual leaders, economists, innovators and practitioners from Bhutan, Malaysia, India, and beyond gathered in Paro at Dungkar Dzong for two days breaking silos across governance, consciousness, finance, education, technology, and ecological design to advance a coherent path from wisdom to implementation.
This volume captures the churning of ideas, the proposals, and the hard questions about what it truly means to govern for wellbeing for all. It explores new measures such as the One Earth Balance Sheet, Social Stock Exchange, Deep Observation Principles, and Digital Public Infrastructure to drive meaningful systemic bottom-up change at scale.
